Privacy Policy

When you visit this website, we collect anonymous analytics (page views, referrer, approximate country) via Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or track individuals. No personal data is collected from browsing alone.

When you purchase a license, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) collects:

• Your name and email address
• Your billing address (required for tax purposes — VAT, GST, sales tax)
• Payment information — we never see or store your full card number
• The license tier you purchased

When you contact support, we collect whatever you include in your message — typically your email address, your purchase details, and the nature of your request.

• Deliver your purchase. Send you the license file, download links, and receipt.
• Support. Respond to questions, bug reports, and refund requests.
• Product updates. Occasionally email you when we ship a new template or major update. You can opt out of these at any time — every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Improve the product. Use aggregate, anonymous usage data from Plausible to understand which sections of the site work and which don't.

We do not use your data for advertising targeting, profiling, or resale.

We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors, each of whom has their own privacy commitments:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing, tax collection, invoicing. Lemon Squeezy privacy policy
• Plausible Analytics — cookie-free website analytics. Plausible privacy policy
• Vercel — website hosting. Server logs include IP addresses for standard security and abuse prevention. Vercel privacy policy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone else.

This site does not use tracking cookies. Plausible analytics operates cookie-free. The only storage we touch is session storage for the UTM capture utility, which stays entirely on your device and is never sent to us.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format

If you're in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or California, you have additional legal rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. We honor all of them. The lawful basis for our processing is contract performance (to fulfill your purchase) and legitimate interest (to improve the product). The same support email handles all GDPR and CCPA requests.

• Purchase records: kept for 7 years (required for tax and accounting purposes in most jurisdictions)
• Marketing email list: kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days
• Support correspondence: kept for 2 years, then deleted
• Analytics data: aggregated and anonymous — no retention limit required

Your data may be processed in the United States and the European Union, depending on where our vendors operate. All transfers outside your home jurisdiction are covered by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards as required by applicable data protection law.

AdPageKit is a product for founders and professional developers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. For material changes, we will notify active customers by email at least 14 days in advance.
