Terms of Service

When you purchase a Solo, Business, or Agency license, AdPageKit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to:

• Use the Kit's templates, source code, and documentation
• Deploy the templates to production domains, up to the limit of your tier (1 for Solo, 5 for Business, unlimited for Agency)
• Modify the source code to fit your own product and branding
• Receive all future updates to the Kit at no additional cost

Your license does not let you:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Kit in its original (or near-original) form
• Claim the Kit or its source code as your own work
• Use the Kit to build a competing landing-page template product
• Share the purchased files with people outside your organization (Solo/Business) or outside your agency and your direct clients (Agency)
• Remove the “Built with AdPageKit” attribution unless you've purchased an Agency license (which grants white-label rights)

All source code, designs, copy frameworks, and documentation in the Kit remain the intellectual property of AdPageKit. Your license grants you the right to use and modify the Kit — not to own it.

Anything you build on top of the Kit (your own landing pages, your product copy, your screenshots) belongs entirely to you.

The Kit is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific conversion rate improvements, ad performance, revenue outcomes, or any particular business result. Your results will depend on your product, your offer, your ad creative, your targeting, and dozens of other factors outside our control.

In no event will AdPageKit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Kit. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Your license is for life — so long as you comply with these terms, it remains valid indefinitely. We reserve the right to terminate the license of any user who materially violates these terms (for example, by reselling the Kit). If we terminate your license, you agree to delete the Kit's source code from your systems.

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify active customers by email for any material changes. Continued use of the Kit after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
